The RPDO-ARMM website serves as an e-government created to provide individuals, and organizations vital information and data on the current efforts of the autonomous regional government (ARG) that is more transparent and accessible to the public.

It is an “all-in-one” communication medium as it aims to inform and promote information including news and current affairs of the regional government, interpret and explain detailed data on the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing and completed programs and projects being implemented by the concerned agencies, and be a highly interactive site for the web-visitors by way of commenting and suggesting in the dialogue box for the improvement of the information drive.

Rapid, Inclusive, and Sustainable Economic Growth Cluster Meeting: A Mechanism towards ARMM's Development "It is good that we are having our meeting because there is a need on updating the government initiatives that the cluster has implemented and to be implemented," Atty. Ishak V. Mastura, chairperson of the Rapid, Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Growth Cluster emphasized during the conduct of its 1st Regular Cluster Meeting which was facilitated by the Regional Planning and Development Office (RPDO) held last July 8, 2015 at the RPDO Conference Hall, ARMM Compound, Cotabato City.

"This is highly technical and we should focus more on the delivery of the programs and projects to intensify its implementation", Atty. Mastura added.

Mastura who is also the chairperson of the Regional Board of Investment (RBOI) has been pushing for programs that would help promote good investment climate and opportunities in the region.

Engr. Baintan Adil Ampatuan, Executive Director of the RPDO said that the programs and projects discussed are gateways for the development of the ARMM.

"We have to really strengthen our strategies in order to extensively implement the cluster's initiatives", she added.

Discussed during the meeting were updates on the Mindanao Development Corridor (MDC) and Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines-East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) related activities, ARMM Investment Priorities Plan (IPP), ARMM Halal Ecosystem (AHE), Job Generation, and ARMM Convergence Strategic Action Plan (2013-2015).

The meeting was attended by regional line agencies including Regional Planning and Development Office (RPDO), Mindanao Development Agency (MinDA), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Polloc Port, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Regional Board of Investment (RBOI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Regional Port Management Authority (RPMA), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Bureau of Public Information (BPI), Department of Tourism (DOT), Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), and Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF).

The Rapid, Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Growth Cluster is one of the convergence strategies of ARMM under the cabinet cluster that aims to deliver Key Result Areas (KRA) with focus on the economic development by increasing agricultural productivity, income, and employment and increase in infrastructure and investment generation in different ARMM industries.
