The meeting was presided by Executive Secretary Atty. Laisa Masuhud-Alamia, in behalf of the Regional Governor Mujiv S. Hataman, with Engr. Baintan Adil-Ampatuan, Executive Director of Regional Planning and Development Office, and head, REDPB-Technical Secretariat.
Discussed and deliberated in the meeting were the following: 1) Inclusive Partnerships for Agricultural Competitiveness (IPAC) Project to be funded by the World Bank to Department of Agrarian Reform Central Office (DARCO)-Foreign and Special Projects Office (FASPO) and National Economic Development Authority (NEDA), a national project that requires action from the Board, 2) updates of recent statistics and the current initiatives of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), 3) status of 2016 proposed infrastructure budget presented by Mr. Don Mustapha Loong, DPWH-ARMM Secretary, 4) proposal on the UNIFRUTTI projects in ARMM presented by representatives from UNIFRUTTI Philippines, Inc., and 5) creation of a Regional Sub-Committee on Water & Sanitation (RSCW) presented by Atty. Anwar Malang, DILG-ARMM Secretary and Regional Development Administration Committee Chairperson.
As a result, three (3) resolutions were passed which include the endorsement of IPAC Project by DAR-ARMM, submission of a narrative report on the result of the ARMM's 2014 Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) by the PSA-ARMM, and creation of the RSCW in the region.
Atty. Alamia also provided important updates such as the compliance of the ARG on the Good Governance Conditions (GGC) which entitles ARMM to qualify for the granting of the 2014 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB). The Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) of the 2014 PBB has already released by DBM to ARMM and will be released within the month of September 2015. The amount will range from P5,000 to 35,000 per employee depending on the agency performance.
She also added some updates on the increase in the 2016 budget.
