Cluster heads and concerned member agencies of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao-Humanitarian and Development Action Plan (ARMM-HDAP) converged during the conduct of the ARMM-HDAP Convergence Cluster Meeting held this morning, September 21, 2015 at the RPDO Conference Hall, ARMM Compound, Cotabato City.
In attendance were the following regional line agencies the Regional Planning and Development Office (RPDO), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Regional Commission on Bangsamoro Women (RCBW), Technical Management Services-Office of the Regional Governor (TMS-ORG), Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF), Office for Southern Cultural Communities (OSCC), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Technical Education, Skills, and Development Authority (TESDA), Regional Board of Investments (RBOI), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Regional Human Rights Commission (RHRC), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), Bureau of Public Information (BPI), and Department of Education (DepEd).
The meeting aimed to present and discuss the updates on the status of the ARMM-HDAP documents as a requirement on the upcoming budget hearing on September 29 and October 6, 2015.
Engr. Baintan Adil-Ampatuan, RPDO Executive Director, emphasized in her opening statement that the cluster heads need to fast track the finalization of the ARMM-HDAP requirements prior to its presentation to the Cabinet Executive meeting to be presided by the Regional Governor Mujiv S. Hataman on Tuesday, September 22, 2015.
She also said that concise and precise data are needed to substantiate the content of the project profiles of the ARMM-HDAP.
Concerned regional line agencies had presented their draft project profile for comments and further enhancement.
As agreed in the meeting, the submission of the enhanced and updated project profile of each concerned agencies will be on or before September 23, 2015.
The ARMM-HDAP is one of the Autonomous Regional Government's (ARG's) interventions to address the needs of the people who were and still are affected by man-made and natural calamities in the 2nd district of Maguindanao.
