The Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) takes a bolder step to an aggressive fight against common diseases that have crept over remote Muslim communities, even as the region’s Department of Health continues to provide medical services from the launching days of the ARMM-H.E.L.P.S. in Barangays Sulloh and Lanawan in Tabuan Lasa, Cambug and Al Barka in Basilan province.
Officials and workers led by Governor Mujiv S. Hataman raised the torch of sheer governance by providing communities with integrated services of collaborating agencies, during the launching of the ARMM H.E.L.P.S.: Health, Education, Livelihood, Peace and Governance and Synergy. Initially, the launching commenced in those areas in days of continuing services from January 29 to 31, 2013 and on February 7, 2013.Add a comment
